MY SANDAL BROKE, MAY I HAVE A REPLACEMENT?

Occasionally, things break. If this happens just email a photo of the fault within 30 days of purchase and we will get back to you usually within 24 hours. In most cases we will immediately send a replacement but we will confirm that after seeing the photo and checking the date of purchase. Our email address is onlinestorecustomercare@gmail.com

MAY I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE?

Sorry but we are an Online Store only and do not take phone orders. We use a secure card service provider for card payments - it is so secure even we don't see our customers card details! We also offer PayPal.
