We use either Fastway Couriers or Standard Australia Post (our choice). A signature will be required so please use a daytime address where someone is available to sign for your parcel. If your delivery is with Australia Post and no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be redirected to your closest Post Office for collection. If your delivery is with Fastway Couriers and no one is available to sign they will leave a card with a phone number for you to call and make arrangements for another delivery time.
You can give instructions for the courier to leave the parcel without a signature but this will void the insurance and we are not responsible if the parcel goes missing.
Your order will usually be dispatched within 2 working days. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock so it may take a little longer.
Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas, 4-10 working days for rural areas and a few extra days to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania. We will be email a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return your purchase for an exchange or refund. Just complete the pink form enclosed with your order and return to us within 30 days.
- Purchase must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Goods must be unworn, in original condition with original, undamaged packaging. Goods will be inspected upon return.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We will pay for exchanged items to be sent to you for one exchange per invoice. Any additional exchanges thereafter the customer is responsible for postage both ways.
- If you received free postage for an order over $60 but your refund brings your purchase below $60 you are no longer eligible for free postage and $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.
- If an item is returned for a refund during our Second Pair 1/2 Price Sale the sale conditions are void and the remaining item will be charged at full price.
Genuine manufacturer’s faults can be claimed up to 30 days after delivery. Claims can’t be made for damaged caused by the customer, rough treatment, incorrect storage or shoes not fitting. Goods with diamantes, flowers and other decoration require extra care by the customer as they may become dislodged if kicked or rubbed against another surface. Please contact us by email if you need to make a manufacturers fault claim.
Note: Please be aware size and fit can vary between styles. We can't guarantee every style will fit every customer even if it is their usual size and brand. Variations in size/fit are not a manufacturers fault.
INCORRECT ITEM SENT
If you have received an incorrect item please contact us and we will fix it as quickly as possible. Naturally, we will pay for the item to be returned to us.
Due to the high cost of freight we are unable to offer return or exchange on sale items under $20.
