Our closed in shoes and boots are a snug fit. You may want to consider going up a size. They may not be suitable for wide feet.
Our Size and Width Guide is a guide only based on our experience with other customers but of course, we can't guarantee a shoe will fit you.
We understand that some styles may just not suit your foot due to width,
arch height, bunions, position of the straps, size variation between manufacturers & styles etc
Whatever the reason, if you order the wrong size or are not completely happy with your purchase you may take advantage of our 30 day return policy.
You may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of postage to return their purchase.
Please not that postage is not refundable.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return your purchase for an exchange or refund. Just complete the pink form enclosed with your order and return to us within 30 days.
Due to the high cost of freight we are unable to offer return or exchange on sale items under $20.
